Chimes Associates is an Education Consultancy, Training and Development Organisation, providing a full range of support for Secondary Schools, Primary Schools, Academies and Local Authorities. Our key focus is on improving Pupil Behaviour, Attendance, whole school ethos and raising standards. Our team of experts provides a range of strategic and operational support packages for individuals, teams and whole school groups. We offer cost effective programmes to deliver solutions and raise standards. Developing School Leadership for Behaviour and Attendance is a key focus for Chimes Associates. School ethos and emotional intelligence also form part of the CA Portfolio.
Our Head Office is near to York in the beautiful North York National Park. Our work extends extensively across schools and all Local Authorities in Yorkshire and Humberside, North East and North West. We also deliver nationally to all nine Government Regions of the UK. We offer full school CPD, INSET and bespoke support to improve Behaviour and Attendance. Preparation and planning for Ofsted is a key area of our partnership programmes for schools.
Developing the capacity and potential of full school teams, new teachers, NQTs, support and non-teaching staff is a priority for schools. We offer coaching/training in our Head Office for individuals and small groups as well as full partnership working in schools / LAs and other centres.
